[Updated 9/11] List of Known Issues

We hope you are enjoying Atelier Resleriana.

We would like to keep you informed of issues we are currently aware of within the game, and where we're at in terms of resolving these issues.

We apologize for any inconvenience these issues may have caused.

On September 11th, the following issue has been addressed:

• Incorrect expiry date for Chocolate Cookies in the "Halloween Night Slasher" event

Known Issues

• The following compensatory rewards for players who earned emblems in Roman's Grand Tournament: Fire Division could not be distributed after the maintenance on 2024/08/26 (UTC+8):

• Roman's Grand Tournament Champion (Fire) Gold Emblem: 1,000 Lodestar Gems
• Roman's Grand Tournament Champion (Fire) Silver Emblem: 600 Lodestar Gems
• Roman's Grand Tournament Champion (Fire) Bronze Emblem: 300 Lodestar Gems

The above rewards will be distributed at a later date.

Note: The compensatory rewards for all other divisions have been distributed on 2024/08/26 with no issue.

• Certain Android devices may encounter the following issues when playing videos:

• Low quality video playback
• Lagging and choppy animations
• Video and audio desync issues
• Unexpected app closure when repeatedly playing the same video

Addressed Issues

• Chocolate Cookies obtained in the event "Halloween Night Slasher" were showing the incorrect expiry date and could not be used. This issue has been addressed as of 2024/09/11 11:00 (UTC+8).

• Incorrect expiry date: 2024/09/01 10:59 (UTC+8)
• Intended expiry date: 2024/12/01 10:59 (UTC+8)

Note: If you have already previously obtained the affected Chocolate Cookies, they are now usable from 2024/09/11 11:00 (UTC+8).
