Reserve Stamina

Reserve stamina is an extra supply of stamina that will accumulate at a slower rate than normal after your stamina has reached its natural recovery cap.

1 reserve stamina can restore 1 stamina.

The recovery speed and cap of reserve stamina are as follows:

Recovery Speed for 1 Reserve Stamina	15 Minutes
Natural Recovery Cap for Reserve Stamina	3,000

Note: Reserve stamina can be used from the stamina recovery screen, which can be accessed by tapping the + button to the right of your stamina.
