Regarding the “Repair Data” Function

We hope you are enjoying Atelier Resleriana.

As of May 27th, the following issue regarding the “Repair Data” function has been identified.

Issue Details

After using the “Repair Data” function from the title screen menu, you may be unable to start the app.

Temporary Prevention Measures

We are currently investigating the issue, and in the meantime we have temporarily disabled the “Repair Data” button on the title screen menu to prevent any unwanted accidents.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, and request that you refrain from using the “Repair Data” function until further notice.

This notice will be updated when more information is available.

How to Circumvent the Issue

If you have already linked your account and have access to the necessary information required to transfer your account, you can restore your account using the method below.

Note: In order to transfer your account using this method, your account must already be linked to either Apple or Google using the “Link Your Account” function in the Menu. If your account is not linked, you will be unable to transfer your account using this method.

Method: Reinstall and Transfer Linked Account

  1. Delete the Atelier Resleriana app from your device and reinstall it.
  2. Transfer your linked account by accessing the Title Screen > Menu > Transfer Account.
