[Updated 1/10 ]Regarding an Issue in the “Guaranteed SSR Memoria (Supporter) Wish”

As of January 10th, the following issue occurring in the “Guaranteed SSR Memoria (Supporter) Wish” has been identified.

Users who have pulled on the “Guaranteed SSR Memoria (Supporter) Wish” will be compensated as detailed below after the closing of the Wish on 2025/01/17 10:59 (UTC+8).

Issue Details

Regarding the “Guaranteed SSR Memoria (Supporter) Wish”, which began on 2025/01/10 11:00 (UTC+8), a Memoria not obtainable from the Wish is mistakenly displayed in the Wish movie played on the Wish screen and in the announcement banner.

  • Affected Memoria: SSR “Wishes of Healing”

Please take note that the SSR Memoria “Wishes of Healing” cannot be obtained from the “Guaranteed SSR Memoria (Supporter) Wish”.

Compensation Details

Users who have pulled on the “Guaranteed SSR Memoria (Supporter) Wish” from 2025/01/10 11:00 (UTC+8) to 2025/01/17 10:59 (UTC+8) will receive the following:

  • Users who have not yet obtained Rank V of the SSR Memoria “Wishes of Healing” will receive 1 copy of SSR Memoria “Wishes of Healing”.
  • Users who have already obtained Rank V of the SSR Memoria “Wishes of Healing” will receive 1 Memory Crystal instead.

 

The above items will be distributed to the affected users after the end of the “Guaranteed SSR Memoria (Supporter) Wish” on 2025/01/17 10:59 (UTC+8)
